ExcelReports opens up access to live Evolve data using Microsoft Excel. With this powerful
module, users are able to create their own custom reports right within Excel that will
generate at any time using the latest data stored in Evolve.
Following a standard template format, users can define complex reports to pull data from any
table within the Evolve application. Define headings and data sections (with criteria) as
well as subtotals and grand totals - ExcelReports turns Excel into a full-featured reporting
tool for your business application.
Once a template is created, it is added to the ExcelReports List in Evolve so it can be
easily run at any time. Reports can be added privately (so other users don't see them) or
shared with everyone.

When run, an ExcelReport generates a new Excel workbook with the result data based on the selected template. All template formatting is carried through to the resulting report.
