Evolve's Project Management module enables full revenue and cost tracking by "Project". A project
can be defined to match whatever element within your business you would like to capture revenues and
cost for. For example, one company may truly use "Projects" to track progress, where a project is
large and may have multiple sales invoices and multiple purchases against in. Other companies may view
each individual job as a project to capture data at that level.
A project can be broken down into "tasks" to provide further segregation and tracking. The module is
tightly integrated with both the Scheduling and Time Entry modules to provide a full-featured planning and tracking system.
Project IDs are posted throughout the system on all purchases, sales, time entries and manual general ledger entries to provide end-to-end tracking. With this comprehensive posting process, the project and
task IDs are available as bases for the various tools in the Analytics module, so that in-depth analysis can easily be conducted.

Any number of projects can be set up to manage revenues and costs. Sub-tasks can be defined to further break down the project components and track performance at a finer level.
The project window provides a real-time online summary of results, with the ability to drill-down and view the underlying sales, purchase, and time entry transactions.
