Evolve's integrated scheduling module provides visibility into the availability of resources, and
an effective tool to manage job commitments.
Your company's resources (people, machinery, anything else to allocate) can be scheduled based on projects or individual sales orders. Visual scheduling tools then provide an at-a-glance picture of your operations, making it easily to identify usage gaps or over-bookings. Additional availability and utilization tools will help minimize wasted capacity when planning upcoming work.

There are several different ways to view the schedule, one being a 5-day weekly view. As with other areas in Evolve, drill-down to the source document is possible.

The Visual Schedule provides a graphical depiction of scheduled activities. The screen can be viewed on a number of different bases - the sample screenshot provides activities by resource, but the view can be shifted to list activities by Project/Task, Sales Order, or even City to determine when someone will be in a given area next.

The Resource Availability tool makes it easy to identify what resources are available for a required series of dates. At the same time, over-booked resources can be visually identified.
